It’s important to know that breeding pigs in the wild allows to respect animals’ wellness regulations of directive 98/58/CE, obtaining high quality meats, healthier, more compact and tastier than from piggery intensive breeding.
Outdoor bred pigs gain better health and wellness compared to those bred in a restricted area, because this kind of breeding offers them more freedom, for what concerns both body and behaviour.
